As a graduate of Chico State University, Lee McLeod studied Psychology with an emphasis in Social Psychology and received a Bachelor’s of Arts in this field of study. A licensed Realtor® since 1994, Lee has worked full time with large franchise offices and small private, independent brokerages. She believes in staying current on all legal and industry related issues and regularly attends continuing education classes including topics on facilitation, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, procuring cause, ethics and professional standards as well as professional growth classes and industry related conferences.
Lee is an active member of the local Association of Realtors and local MLS, having served on numerous committees, a past member of the Board of Directors 1995 through 2008 and a past President in 2007 of the Tehama County Association of Realtors. She is a member of the California and National Association of Realtors; and a member of the Standard Forms Advisory Committee at the state level, influencing the documents used to complete real estate transactions in California. Lee is also a MLS member of the California Regional MLS, in addition to specializing in Tehama County listings. Consistently, each year Lee produces Multi-Million Dollars in sales; and has been recognized in the years 2000, 2003 and 2004 with the prestigious award of Realtor® of the Year.
Lee is a lifelong resident of Tehama County, is very familiar with the greater north state area, Tehama County, and all that it has to offer.
